Oven baked Chestnuts- The next best thing to an open flame. Arrange chestnuts on baking pan, drizzle with cold spring water, and bake for 25 minutes, turning every 5-10 minutes. Store in woolen cloth (chestnuts stay hot for up to an hour when stored in wool).
